JavaScript and Node.js are what I use most. I also work with Python, Lua, PowerShell, SQL and the usual HTML and CSS when a project needs them.
I use GitHub for source control and Railway for most hosted projects. Larger builds get split into separate services, with PostgreSQL handling persistent data.
I spend a lot of time on the details people normally notice only when they are wrong: spacing, mobile layouts, permissions, deployment reliability and keeping a project maintainable after it grows.
